Guidelines for Oral Presentation

Instructions:
1. 4 to 5 students in one group (It varies with different class). Hand in name list in Week 4. (Word file: Name List)
2. Choose a topic your group prefers such as English songs, short stories, musical play….etc. Give teachers your topic in Week 5. You must receive teacher’s approval before begin group discussion. (Topic)
3. Hand in your hand written PPT slides in Week 7. Basically, one person one slide. Write your content on the blank PPT slides from teachers, and type it into Powerpoint file after teacher’s corrections. Eight lines for each slide. Font size: 28. Font: Times New Roman. (Blank PPT slides) 4. Draw lots of the order of presentation in Week 10.
5. Hand in your rehearsal checklist in Week 11.
6. Start your presentation from Week 13 to 16 (Rehearsal Checklist).
7. Every member of your group must do presentation. No presentation will be given zero.
8. No scripts will be allowed on the stage. You will be given a card for taking down keywords just in case you forget your lines.
9. 60% of your score is from teacher, and the other 40% will be from your classmates.
